Because authors were born to write.
There's a gap between writing something worth reading and getting it into the hands of readers. Closing that gap usually costs you the joy that made you want to write in the first place.
AuthorSHED is being built to close it differently. Tools, courses, and systems for self-published authors who want to use AI without handing over the wheel. AI as the assistant. You as the author. Always.
The first thing open below is interest registration for a live course. No course exists yet. I'm asking who needs it first, then building it around the answers.
You know AI could help. You're just not sure how to make it work for you.
A live course for authors who want to work with AI on their own terms, without handing over the wheel.
You've tried it. It wasn't terrible. It just wasn't quite right, and you couldn't put your finger on why. So you tweaked, and accepted, and moved on. But something felt off and you knew it.
That's not a sign AI isn't for you. It's a sign you don't yet know where it fits, and where it doesn't. This course is about working that out: where AI helps your writing, where it gets in the way, and where it belongs in self-publishing if at all. By the end, you'll know the difference.
How this works
Maximum 20 authors. Probably closer to 15. That is deliberate. I want to be able to work with each of you directly, not just broadcast at you. Sessions will be recorded. You'll get a workbook and email support throughout.
No date set yet. I'm asking who needs this first, then building it around the answers.
If you register interest, I'll send you a short survey. Your answers will shape the content directly. You'll be the first to know when it opens, and you'll get access to alpha pricing, which is the lowest this course will ever be.
No payment. No commitment. Just your name on the list.

Hi, I'm Ania.
I've been a cloud software architect for 25 years. I've been a self-published romance author since 2020.
I built AuthorSHED from scratch and I write fiction with the same tools I teach.
I'm not selling AI enthusiasm. I'm sharing what I've actually worked out about keeping your voice intact while using AI properly.
